Lieutenant Colonel Rebecca K. Daugherty

Lt. Col. Rebecca K. Daugherty is the 477th Fighter Group Deputy Commander, Chief of Maintenance, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. She manages the production and sortie generation requirements for two F-22 Aircraft Maintenance Units under a Classic Associate Total Force Integration construct with 54 Primary Authorized Aircraft. As the senior Air Reserve Technician, she also oversees all daily administrative and readiness requirements of the two squadrons and Quality Assurance. Before her assignment as the Chief of Maintenance for the 477th FG, she was the Commander of the 477th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.

Lt. Col. Daugherty earned her Bachelor of Science at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania; Masters of Aeronautical Science degree at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; and received her commission at the Academy of Military Science, McGhee-Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tennessee. She has served in the Air Force Reserve as a Traditional Reservist, Active Guard-Reservist, and ART.

Lt. Col. Daugherty has been mobilized in support of Operation NOBLE EAGLE and has deployed to Southwest Asia in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, and Operation SPARTAN SHIELD.
