477th Fighter Group 477th Fighter Group

MISSION
The 477th is an Associate Group which operates the F-22A Raptor at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. When fully manned, the 477th Fighter Group will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing and retaining a combat-ready force of approximately 425 Air Reserve Technicians and Traditional Reservists to support the active duty and Expeditionary Air Force.

UNITS
The 477th Fighter Group includes the 302nd Fighter Squadron, 477th Maintenance Squadron, 477th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, the 477th Civil Engineer Squadron, the 477th Aerospace Medicine Flight, 477th Mission Support Flight and the 477th Operations Support Flight.
