Chief Master Sergeant Mary E. Dearman

Chief Master Sergeant Mary E. Dearman is the Group Senior Enlisted Leader, 477th Fighter Group, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. She is the senior enlisted leader for 300 professional men and women on matters concerning morale, welfare, and readiness. Dearman advocates commander’s direction and policies and advises on operational effectiveness of the enlisted workforce. She is responsible for the professional development and proper utilization of enlisted Airmen in Alaska's only Reserve unit and AFRC’s first F-22 associate unit, providing combat air power under the Total Force Enterprise concept.

Chief Master Sergeant Dearman enlisted in the Air Force in October, 1987, her background includes various duties across several career fields. She served as the Air Force Reserve Command Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force manager at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, an associate and senior air reserve technician for the 477th Civil Engineer Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. She deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and is currently assigned as a budget analyst supporting the 477th FG in her civilian position.
