Prior active duty Marine, Matthew Sheley, meets in person his future wife Andrea, in Dallas, Texas, the summer of 1999. Currently, Tech. Sgt. Sheley is an Air Force Reserve First Sergeant and a State Trooper. Shortly after their marriage, Sheley responded to his wife's car accident. He recognizes that everyone has lost someone or something along their life journey. What Sheley hopes to do is to help others find healthy ways to cope with hardship. (Courtesy photo)
