10. Comment from his supervisor (Tech. Sgt. Hedstrom): "In regards to Tech. Sgt. Dillon: He is the person everyone would want in their shop. He is respectful, has exceptional dress and appearance, very hard worker, smart and is definitely worthy of warrior of the week and he honestly should have been reservist of the year sooner. Not only does he do exceptional work with his primary job of Power production, but he also takes care of all the computers for the CE squadron. He comes in on his own time when he is not getting paid and works. Everyone goes to him for computer questions and he takes the time to help everyone, even when he is back logged with work. He helps out any other shops that need it such as electrical. I know I am not the only one in the unit that feels the same way."
