JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- According to the Airman Handbook, "Our ability to succeed in the eyes of our nation as well as the rest of the world hinges on our ability to develop and thrive as Air Force professionals." In that spirit, twenty Guard and Reserve senior noncommissioned officers from and from across the Air Force participated in a leadership course Sept. 23-24, 2016 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.
The course gave students hands-on experience using tools they may have already gathered as NCOs but applying them in new and different ways. Through teamwork, activities and presentations, the class spent two days honing their leadership skills.
