Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska -- The Red Flag exercise at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, is no stranger to guests from all over the Air Force world. The crew chiefs for the F-22 Raptor from the 154th Hawaii Air National Guard, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, traded their Aloha state for the Alaskan wonders launching F-22s; maintaining their part in RF 17-3 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Aug. 4, 2017.
