Banner Shoot
Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jessie Hatfield prepares a banner for operation on the flight line at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, April 24. The 3rd Maintenance Squadron crash recovery team conducts banner operations, allowing a target banner to be flown behind a Cessna for F-22s to exercise shooting the 20mm gun. This allows the pilots to train for real world combat. Hatfield is the noncomissioned officer in charge of the wheel and tire maintenance flight. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Robert Barnett)
