90th AMU members load an AIM-9 onto an F-22
Members from the 90th Aircraft Maintenance Unit load an AIM-9 onto an F-22 Thursday. Members from the 90th AMU, 90th Fighter Squadron, and the 302nd Fighter Squadron deployed to Tyndall AFB, Fla. to take part in the Weapons Systems Evaluation Program. During this three-week deployment, pilots and maintainers are working together to validate the air-to-air combat capability of the newest F-22 Raptors in the Air Force inventory.
