477th FG pilots fly Raptors to Guam
ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska –Crew chiefs and fighter pilots prepare 12 F-22A Raptors for departure to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, as a C-17 flies over May 12. Two of the 12 pilots are from Air Force Reserve Command’s 477th Fighter Group. The Air Force regularly deploys additional forces throughout the Western Pacific as part of its continuing force posture adjustments to address worldwide requirements.
