477th FG features F-22A at aviation trade show
ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- F-22A pilots Lt. Col. Dave Piffarerio, 302nd Fighter Squadron flight commander, 3rd Wing weapons and tactics, and Maj. Kevin Sutterfield, 302nd FS, discussed the mission and capabilities of the F-22A with Dante Carter, 9, and his father Gregory Carter at the 12th Annual Alaska State Aviation Trade Show & Conference at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in Anchorage, Alaska, May 2-3. Colonel Piffarerio said he enjoys speaking with the public about the F-22A, the 477th Fighter Group, and the benefits of what becoming a Citizen Airman can do for the unit and the country as a whole.
