KIRKUK REGIONAL AIR BASE, Iraq -- Master Sgt. Mary Essa (left) from the 506th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, Structures Flight installs a ladder for the Army 6th Cavalry 19 March. Sgt. Essa is deployed from the 477th Civil Engineer Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. This is the first time an Alaskan Reserve unit has been mobilized and the first mobilization of the CE squadron since it helped rebuild Hickam AFB after the attack on Pearl Harbor in WWII.
