Shawn Arnold, 477th Force Support Squadron first sergeant, also serves as the school superintendent in Nome, Alaska. “When I was a kid I looked up to my teachers and I looked up to my parents and was proud of their service in the military,” said Arnold. “Thankfully the Reserve allows me to do both.”
