477th Fighter Group change of command
Air Force Col. David Piffarerio relinquished command of the 477th Fighter Group to Air Force Col. Christopher Ogren during a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, July 10, 2016. The 477th Fighter Group is Alaska’s only Air Force Reserve unit, and Air Force Reserve Command's first F-22 associate unit.
