Air Force Staff Sgt. Michael Russell, a native of Remus, Mich., uses a Portable Maintenance Aide to interface with an F-22 Raptor's computer system during a timed F-22 Raptor load crew competition on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Jan. 31, 2020. Load crew competitions provide weapons loaders throughout the 3rd Maintenance Group an opportunity to showcase weapons loading speed and efficiency, while honing teamwork as an integral component of the U.S. Air Force's 'Fly, Fight, Win' mantra.
