Airman 1st Class Justin Walker, a native of Huntsville, Ala., assigned to the 525th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, competes during a timed F-22 Raptor load crew competition on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Jan. 31, 2020. Load crew competitions provide weapons loaders throughout the 3rd Maintenance Group an opportunity to showcase weapons loading speed and efficiency, while honing teamwork as an integral component of the U.S. Air Force's 'Fly, Fight, Win' mantra.
