Tucker Hall, a four year old with Spina Bifida, receives a coin from Col. Michael Flatten, Air Force Wounded Warrior Program director, at the 2020 U.S. Pacific Air Forces Warrior CARE event, January 27, 2020 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
