A legacy lives on
U.S. Air Force Capt. Douglas Foss, 1st Operations Support Squadron wing, weapons and tactics chief, and Maggi Corrigan, the late Tim Corrigan’s wife, share an embrace during the F-22A Flight Simulator renaming ceremony at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Aug. 6, 2021. Coming to then Langley Air Force Base in 2001, Tim Corrigan’s prior performance records allowed for him to become part of the initial cadre of instructors tasked with bringing the F-22 Raptor Mission Training Center up to speed as the 1st FW and the 192nd Wing transitioned from the F-15C Eagle to the F-22.
