JBER welcomes new base commander

David Krumm, the commander of the Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Region, North American Aerospace Defense Command; commander of Alaskan Command, U.S. Northern Command; and commander of the 11th Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, passes the guidon to Col. David Wilson, the commander of the 673d Air Base Wing and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, during the 673d ABW change of command ceremony at JBER, Alaska, June 28, 2022.
