Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska -- Lt. Col. Jennifer L. Page, Commander of the 477th Force Support Squadron passed the guidon to Lt. Col. Brian T. Baldwin in a change of command ceremony Aug. 25 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
Passing the unit guidon is a symbolic representation of passing authority to the incoming commander.
Baldwin, who most recently served as the 477 FG Inspector General and Exercise Lead Air Planner, takes the reins of a Reserve FSS with more than 42 personnel directly supporting Alaska's only Air Force Reserve unit.
"I'm excited to lead this organization which has such a vital role in not only providing and supporting Air Dominance, but making the 477th Fighter Group a great way to serve our country," said Baldwin. "It's an honor to be part of the 477th Fighter Group leadership team."
