How to enjoy some of your favorite summer activities and burn 300 calories having fun!

Walking - 40-45 minutes

Jogging- 6.5 mph  30 minutes

Hiking - 30 minutes

Outdoor Cycling -12-13.9 mph 30 minutes

Rollerblading - 7.5 30 minutes

Beach workout - 33 minutes

My personal favorite pesto recipe:

1/2 cup fresh basil (super easy to grow at home too)

1/4 cup pine nuts or cashew/almonds

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tsp red or white wine vinegar

Juice of 1 lemon

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all together in food processor and enjoy!
