Alaska F-22 Raptors return home from Guam deployment

Active duty and Reserve F-22 pilots, maintenance and support personnel from the active duty 3rd Wing and Reserve 477th Fighter Group will return home this week after being deployed to Andersen AFB, Guam.

Twelve F-22's and nearly 200 support personnel left Alaska in September supporting Pacific Command's Theater Security Package deployment.
This deployment is the first time since January 2011 that the F-22's have been deployed to the region, and is part of a series of rotations that began in 2009. Three F-22
