During the flight the personnel were able to watch six F-22A Raptors refuel twice during a training mission. The KC-135 crew, from the 434th Air Refueling Wing, came from Grissom ARB to support the 477th FG's first-flying Unit Training Assembly in July. The team flew several personnel and spouses from the 477th FG and the 3rd Wing here on orientation flights, showcasing the KC-135 and F-22 refueling capabilities and how the units work together in flight.
