Alaska Aces Host 477th Fighter Group

ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Colonel Eric Overturf, 477th Fighter Group Commander, addresses the crowd of thousands in preparation for the ceremonial puck drop during the Alaska Aces hockey game March 14. The Alaska Aces sponsored a night full of 477 FG events. They displayed videos and photos on the Aces jumbo screen and gave free tickets to 477 FG Reservists. The 477th Fighter Group is Air Force Reserve Command's first F-22A Raptor unit and the first Reserve flying unit based in the Pacific theater of operations. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Tech. Sgt.
