The 477th Public Affairs office does not have a photo studio. However, JBER PA has two photo studios supporting official photo requirements. If you need to schedule an official photo, it can be scheduled Monday-Friday.  It cannot be accomplished during a Unit Training Assembly (UTA) at this time, please keep that in mind when contacting the studio staff.

MEMBERS
477th Fighter Group members requesting Public Affairs support must submit an AF Form 833 and send it to PA in person on via email. The form ensures that we can keep accurate records of requests. NOTE: Please submit your request at least one week before the event date, to allow for proper scheduling.

Please keep in mind that submitting a request does not guarantee support. Each request will be reviewed, however priorities and manning will determine support capabilities.

REQUESTING A FLYOVER OR STATIC DISPLAY
Requests for a military flyover or static aircraft display at your special event can be made through the U.S. Air Force Aerial Events Support  page or 673d Wing Public Affairs Office.

Event organizers, please be aware that military aircraft flyover and static display requests are subject to a number of restrictions and are supported only when they do not impact operational missions. Anyone requesting a flyover or aircraft static display must submit a completed DD Form 2535 a minimum of 90 days before the event to be considered for support. Requests received 30 days or closer to the event will NOT be considered.

You can download and print a DD Form 2535 and follow the instructions for correctly filling out the form and submitting it.

Before requesting a military aircraft flyover, please call the 673d Wing Public Affairs Office at 907-552-8941, to discuss your event. They cannot guarantee approval of your request, but they may help make the request process a smoother experience.

AIRMEN: 477th Fighter Group Airmen, if you're approached by media, before accepting please contact our office to ensure we properly prepare you before your media appearance.  We can help you prepare before your interview and go over guidelines about conduct.
